The same key from every screen. Give it a project and a date here, or leave them and get on with what you were doing.
Every open task across every project, grouped by when it is due. Overdue at the top, and nothing you have to assemble yourself.
Drag a card to change its status, or stay in the list and never open the board at all. Two layouts, one set of tasks.
S for status, P for priority, A for assignee, D for a date. The key sits next to the field, so you pick them up by using them.
The same six everywhere, so a project you have never opened still reads at a glance. There is no workflow to design first.
Mention a teammate and it lands in their inbox. Their answer turns up without anyone refreshing anything.
Search every task and project, jump to a view, or run an action on whatever you have open. It is the only menu there is.
Todoly is a project and task manager for individuals and small teams. A project holds tasks; a task has a status, a priority, one assignee, a due date and labels; every project reads as a list or as a board. There are five things to learn — workspace, project, task, label, comment — and nothing to configure before you start.
Yes, for one person in one workspace: up to 5 active projects and 100 tasks. No card, and no time limit. At a cap, creating a project or task is refused with a line saying which one you hit; archiving or deleting frees room, and nothing is ever deleted for billing reasons.
Pro is $8 per member a month billed yearly, which is $96 a seat a year, or $12 billed monthly. It is priced per workspace and every member counts as a seat, the first one included, so a team of three pays for three. Every workspace gets 14 days of Pro to try before paying. Prices are in USD and tax is added at checkout.
No, and they are not planned. No sprints, epics or milestones, no custom fields or custom statuses, no dashboards, time tracking or task dependencies. No admin, guest or viewer roles either: a workspace has owners and members, and everyone sees every project. Those are what make task tools complicated, and leaving them out is the point.
Yes, and they are the point. C adds a task from any screen, ⌘K searches everything and runs every action, J and K move through a list, and with a task selected one key changes its status, priority, assignee or due date. Every shortcut is listed in Settings.
